The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit incentive that Congress provides to private-sector businesses for hiring individuals from twelve target groups that have consistently faced significant barriers to employment, including:
  • SSI recipients
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Referrals
  • Some TANF recipients

Small Business Tax Credit & Architectural /Transportation Tax Deduction is an annual Tax Credit for small businesses earning a maximum of $1 million in revenue or had 30 or fewer full-time employees. Expenses covered include;
  • Sign Language interpreting for customers or employees
  • Purchase of adaptive equipment or medication of equipment
  • Production of print materials in alternative formats
  • Improving access to physical location by removing barriers in buildings or transportation
